Holiday parties, birthdays, showers, anniversaries, reunions and family celebrations. Pick a package, set your guest count, add a bar or a DJ, and see your price as you go.

Every package is 4 hours at the venue, setup and breakdown included, based on 75 guests.

Bar & beverage packages

$450 for any bar package, open the first 3 hours. A Limited Bar runs to a spend you set, 18% gratuity included. One bartender per about 75 guests; over 75, each additional bartender is $250. 18% gratuity applies to all bar tabs, which are settled separately and are not in this total.

DJ & photography

No outside alcohol is permitted; every drink is served through Carrollock's bar. Prices are estimates. Your final price is confirmed in your proposal.
