Venue Only: you book your own coordinator, caterer, DJ, photographer and florist — we'll share our preferred vendor list, including two of our in-house coordinators available independently. All alcohol is served through Carrollock's NC ABC–licensed bar; outside alcohol isn't permitted. Open bar is priced per guest with a $1,500 bar minimum and 18% gratuity to your bartenders; consumption and cash bars carry a $1,000 bar minimum. The bar setup fee includes one bartender per 80 guests; each additional bartender is $250. Prices are 2027 estimates — your final price is confirmed in your proposal.
